We're looking for a Director of Integrated Marketing to join us to lead our communications and marketing services team.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the Integrated Communications Team (5-6 direct reports, full team of 10-12)
  • Partner with Product Teams to Lead Creative Development of Advertising and all External Communication across Consumers, Customers & Growers and all Media (advertising, social, digital, PR, web, trade shows, packaging graphics)
  • Agency Management & Evaluation
  • Drive Innovation within Communication Channels
  • Lead Crisis Communications
  • Recruit, Develop & Retain Top Talent

Who You Are:

  • Must have outstanding functional skills in consumer strategy and communications.
  • Must have functional skills across channels including advertising creative development, media planning/buying, on-line and off-line promotions and web development and management.
  • Must have prior experience managing strong working relationships with multiple business teams including external agencies and vendors
  • Must have strong leadership and analytical skills as well as creativity.
  • Must have strong interpersonal and collaboration skills and the ability to communicate and influence effectively.
  • Must think strategically.
  • Must have strong project management skills and be detail-oriented.
  • Must have outstanding management skills including coaching and development.

What You'll Need:

  • 7+ years experience in Marketing Communications with increasing degree of responsibility.
  • Functional experience in creative development, digital and social media and promotions required
  • Agency management experience and scope of work development
  • Previous experience building, developing and leading a team of communication professionals.
  • CPG experience required. B to B experience a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree in a related field highly preferred
