We're looking for a Customer Team Leader who will manage, develop and maintain profitable volume for the Sam's Club business as well as e-commerce for Sam's and Wal-Mart. This person will work directly with the customers to achieve sales and customer joint business plans.

What You'll Do:

  • Responsible for full portfolio of brands
  • Lead the development and execution of the platform specific business plan. Identifies the business opportunities, sets and communicates priorities, and coordinates with Welch's internal team and other necessary resources to achieve desired results.
  • Develop, execute and monitor Business Goals with Sam's Club, and E-Commerce Wal-Mart & Sam's Club Portfolios.
  • Effectively penetrates the Sam's Club account, as well as the e-commerce business for Sam's and Wal-Mart to ensure Welch's has access to key decision makers.
  • Develops and manages the customer trade fund and expense funds to budget limits.
  • Manage trade budget and establish post promotional process to deliver spending efficiencies to maximize ROI.
  • Responsible for execution of everyday business in partnership with key account, including new item setup, inventory management and supply chain solutions.
  • Forecast monthly sales to ensure the demand, financial and sales planning teams are aligned to volume and trade needs of the customer.
  • Drive creative solutions to our Club business.

Who You Are:

  • Strong listening, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong inter-functional leadership skills and ability to manage change throughout the Welch organization.
  • Good financial analysis, problem solving and decision making ability.
  • Sales skills including negotiation, account management, account penetration, strategic selling, category management and leading edge sales strategies.
  • Idea leadership

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5-7 years previous experience in Sales or Sam's/Wal-Mart
  • Experienced leader in the CPG industry
  • Proven track record of success against growing businesses
  • Proficiency in Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience Calling on the Club/Mass or E-Commerce Customers
  • 10% travel
  • Prefered to live in the marketplace
