We're looking for an innovative, tech savvy Senior Media Manager to join our team to drive richer user experiences across paid and owned channels and partner with our media agency to drive impactful plans.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with marketing managers and platform leaders to develop integrated communication plans
  • Lead the media agency planning process, setting success metrics and using consumer journeys to inform strategy
  • Steward the evolution of Welch's owned digital properties and work with sales planning to develop eCom opportunities
  • Team up with consumer insights to sharpen media approach
  • Leverage data to optimize plans and provide innovative solutions to reach new consumers
  • Ongoing media supervision and measurement reporting

Who You Are:

  • Thought leader with a passion for driving agile media solutions and using data to inform decisions
  • Passionate about CPG
  • Ability to collaborate with content partners and brand managers
  • Self-starter who can quickly identify needs and lead projects

What You'll Need:

  • B.S. business related field
  • 7-10 years in media planning/buying at an agency or client-side
  • Expertise across digital ecosystem including OLV, display, social, search and website
  • Experience in media measurement, KPI setting/tracking
  • Deep knowledge of analytic platforms, SEO/SEM and tagging/reporting
  • Understanding of eCom and performance marketing, with experience working in D2C platforms
