We're looking for a highly collaborative, Sr. HRBP, Supply Chain & Labor Relations to join our team. This role will be the direct business partner for Welch's entire Supply Chain in the development and execution of human resource strategies that support the organization's needs and the achievement of business objectives. This role will partner directly with the Chief Supply Chain Officer, direct reports as well as providing direction and counsel to HR teams located across 4 manufacturing sites in the US. Additionally, this role will be a key member of the corporate HR leadership team and will support and drive people and culture priorities across the organization.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver Human Resources support to Welch's total Supply Chain, focusing on workforce planning, employee and labor relations, talent acquisition and talent development
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and coaching to field-based Regional HR Managers
  • Partner with Head of Talent to implement performance management and talent practices across corporate Supply Chain and plants
  • Develop, standardize and implement consistent labor policies and procedures across manufacturing network to improve overall accountability and maximize operational performance
  • Support rollout of Welch's Leadership Model and culture initiatives across entire Supply Chain
  • Partner with hiring managers to select and build high performing teams, including identifying, sourcing and retaining top talent
  • Develop and execute labor strategies to improve competitiveness, cost and flexibility for Welch's unionized manufacturing facilities
  • Develop and execute annual strategic communication plans to relevant workforces to increase business knowledge, external industry awareness and high performing manufacturing practices
  • Partner with Legal and Manufacturing leadership to manage and resolve grievance and arbitration proceedings
  • Lead strategic preparation for union contract negotiations, including developing and mobilizing key stakeholders against collective bargaining priorities and strategies
  • Ability and desire to develop into Welch's chief spokesperson for union negotiations

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum 10+ years of related HR leadership experience required
  • B.S. degree required - Related field (Business, HR, Labor Relations, etc.) preferred
  • Labor relations experience and working with Unions required
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
