We're looking for a Regional Account Manager to join our team to support partner network in Central/South America and manage US-based Caribbean accounts, manage the region's P&L, including Product Mix, Pricing, Trade and Marketing programming, and identify and pursue profitable growth initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
You will be responsible for:
- Leading the execution of strategic and annual plans for distributor partners & US-based accounts
- Managing revenue and profitability for the responsible territories
- Tracking all commercial spending (KPI's, internal & government compliance, deductions)
- Leading registration and compliance efforts to support new and existing items
- Identifying and developing base and incremental growth opportunities

You will be expected to deliver:
- Annual and Strategic regional and market-specific plans
- Ongoing support to distributor partners and direct-to-retail accounts
- Solutions to export/import barriers
- Profitable net sales growth
- EBIT growth and % improvement
- Commercial spend efficiencies
- New item penetration
- Distribution expansion (within base and incremental), including partner evaluation
- Localized marketing programming
- Monthly forecasts
- Tracking and management of commercial spending (deductions, auditing)
- Solutions for and management of regulatory compliance for exports
- Compliance, administration and tracking of US Market Access Program (MAP)
- Business-to-business regional sales support

REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates should have minimum 8-10 years of experience in:
- Sales in the Caribbean / Latin America region
- Distributor management
- Key Account management
- Food and Beverage experience a plus
- Brand management
- P&L management

Degree(s) preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree required (Business Administration, Economics, etc.)
- MBA preferred.

Candidates should be proficient in:
- Bilingual English / Spanish
- Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Candidates must be able to:
- Travel up to 40% of the time (post-Covid)
- Ideally based in South Florida, but not limited to (close to major International airport)
