We're looking for a Director of Walmart & Sam's who will manage, develop and maintain profitable volume for the business as well as drive the omni strategy. This person will work directly with the customer to achieve profitable sales and customer annual JBP's.

-Leads the development and execution of the platform specific business plans. Identifies business opportunities, sets and communicates priorities, and coordinates with Welch's internal team and other necessary resources to achieve desired results.
- Develop, execute and monitor Business Goals around an omni strategy for Walmart & Sam's Portfolios.
- Effectively penetrates the Walmart & Sam's Club account. Effectively drive connectivity and relationships above the Buyer level.
- Develops and manages the customer trade fund and expense funds to budget limits.
- Manage trade budget and establish post promotional process to deliver spending efficiencies to maximize ROI.
- Forecast monthly sales to ensure the demand, financial and sales planning teams are aligned to volume and trade needs of the customer.
- Manage profitiability to drive strong top line and bottom line growth.
- Manage a team of three with strong annual goals and objectives as well as IDP's.

- Good financial analysis, problem solving and decision making ability.
- Sales skills including negotiation, account management, account penetration, strategic selling, category management, and leading edge sales strategies.

- Bachelor's Degree required. MBA preferred.
- 5-7 years previous experience in Sales leadership positions, and direct sales in CPG marketplace.
- Must have people management experience.
- Ability to design a strategy, execute and lead. Identify strategic initiatives and communicate priorities.
- Proficiency in Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience Calling on Sam's and Walmart.
- 10% travel post COVID to Concord, MA.
