We are seeking a full-time temporary (40 hours/week), recruiter for three to six months to partner with hiring managers to source, assess and select talent for the organization. We are looking for someone who will consult with the business on the process, ensure compliance goals are met, and recruiting metrics are delivered. This person will be supporting our Lawton, MI facility.

What You'll Do:

• Work with plant leadership on the overall hiring process.
• Review resumes, and phone interview to assess capabilities and background.
• Set up candidates for onsite interviews.
• Conduct candidate debrief meetings to solicit interview feedback.
• Conduct applicant references and develop offers that are competitive and meet internal equity goals.
• Maintain knowledge of our business to ensure to effectively market the organization and opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of staffing laws and regulations, ensure regulatory compliance and update the staffing process as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement in the recruiting process to eliminate waste and drive results.
• Additional projects as assigned.

What You'll Need:

• High volume manufacturing recruiting experience (Plant or Agency) required.
• Ability to handle vacancies in a variety of departments and levels.
• Ability to source diverse candidates from a variety of sources, including job boards,
social networking, internal referrals, etc.
• Ability to lead and influence others through the recruiting process.
• Strong behavioral based interviewing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of state/federal laws and guidelines.
• Well versed with MS Excel, Word, Outlook
