We're looking for a Sr. Recruiter to join our team to attract top talent to Welch's. The Sr. Recruiter will be responsible for building diverse talent pools by identifying and connecting with talent. The Sr. Recruiter will further embed Welch's culture and talent branding with the external talent community to effectively manage time to fill and cost per hire metrics.

You will be responsible for:
- Build relationships and connect with passive candidates
- Build and maintain targeted candidate pipelines for key roles
- Leverage diversity hiring practices
- Engage candidates and talent communities utilizing culture and talent brand materials
- Develop social media recruiting strategy, aligned with consumer branding
- Lead intake conversations with hiring managers and HRBPs
- Post open roles to job boards and review active applicants
- Screen candidates and develop recommended candidate slates
- Partner with hiring managers to source and execute agency searches
- Schedule and facilitate candidate debrief conversations
- Prepare candidate offers for hiring managers
- Manage internal REQ approval process
- Maintain REQ logs; including time to hire and cost per hire metrics
- Other responsibilities supporting the HR function, as assigned

-Candidates must have 7-10 years of multi-functional corporate experience
-Experience recruiting in CPG and/or manufacturing industry strongly preferred
- Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter required
-Degree(s) required: B.S. in related field.
