POSITION SUMMARY:

We're looking for an integrated marketing superstar who can partner with brand teams and media partners on cross-channel campaigns. This includes engaging in positive strategic partnerships across the organization to translate business and marketing strategies into effective, engaging, and holistic digital marketing campaigns. You will be expected to immerse yourself in day-to-day brand activities in order to effectively ensure digital efforts bring to life the best of brand strategies, managing budgets, content planning, and activation with agencies.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Ensure integrated campaigns and digital activations are flawlessly executed on-time and on-budget
  • Manage all Welch's social media channels, developing content calendars, sourcing agile content development, and driving effective community management.
  • Partner with consumer engagement agency to drive business insights from social listening tools
  • Production: Lead all digital production efforts for media plan fulfilment and website updates
  • Research and stay abreast of all things digital, including media, social, technology in order to codify and translate into shared learnings that will ultimately elevate the capabilities of our marketing partners
  • Creative agency partnership: Own project briefs and coordinate with media leads to forecast content needs and organize assets
  • Keep organization informed as to competitive activity leveraging data to help with annual planning

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Ambitious and responsible manager who has led digital campaigns from strategy to execution
  • Passionate about CPG and the brands you work with
  • Avid social media user and basic creation skills/abilities - i.e. you understand how to publish Instagram Reels, TikToks yourself
  • Experience using social media business managers to scrape for insights and track KPI's
  • Ability to collaborate with content partners and brand managers
  • Self-starter who can quickly identify needs and lead projects

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree required. Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or Creative Writing/English degree is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in account or social media management at a creative agency or internal at a CPG/food company leading content development
  • Creative writing/content development capability is desired
  • Well-versed in social media tracking tools
  • Expertise across the digital ecosystem including OLV, display, social, search, and website
  • Project management experience
